Ο Νικόλαος Γεωργίου Μανούσος (22 Ιουλίου 1896 - 23 Φεβρουαρίου 1981) ήταν Έλληνας αγροτικός γιατρός που άσκησε ιατρική στα Ανώγεια Μυλοποτάμου της Κρήτης και στα γύρω χωριά την περίοδο 1923 -1966, ενώ μεταπολεμικά διετέλεσε Διευθυντής του Υγειονομικού Σταθμού Ανωγείων (1945 - 1966).
